In accordance with the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Plan No. 225/KH-UBND dated December 29, 2025, on organizing a conference to meet with foreign-invested enterprises in Dong Nai province in 2026;
The conference aims to facilitate meetings and exchanges between representatives of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments and agencies, and representatives of foreign-invested enterprises in the province to promptly listen to, exchange, share, and resolve difficulties and obstacles faced by FDI enterprises operating in the province; Provincial leaders extended New Year greetings and provided information on the socio-economic development of the locality in 2025 and the direction for 2026.
The conference will be held at 8:00 AM on February 5th, 2026 (Thursday) at The Mira Central Park Hotel (128/16 Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province), chaired by the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee.
The conference is an opportunity for businesses to directly discuss their difficulties and obstacles so that provincial leaders can direct relevant departments and agencies to address and resolve these issues, providing timely support and creating favorable conditions for businesses to operate more efficiently. Simultaneously, it will provide documents and information on mechanisms, policies, and new regulations to businesses, thereby enhancing the awareness of FDI enterprises regarding compliance with legal regulations.
Currently, Dong Nai Industrial and Economic Zones Authority is preparing and issuing invitations to relevant units and FDI enterprises, as well as Vietnamese enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones. To ensure the conference is well-organized, Dong Nai Industrial and Economic Zones Authority requests that your unit submit any difficulties or obstacles that need to be resolved (if any) in the following areas: Industrial park infrastructure, security and order, fire prevention and control, taxation, customs, investment, environment, construction, labor, social insurance, etc., before January 10, 2026. This will allow Dong Nai Industrial and Economic Zones Authority to compile the issues and forward the questions to the relevant departments and agencies for answers.
